I will now take a moment to explain the context of this song.
As you can hear this stupid guitar loop made via MIDI this is the point of the song where a text-to-speech program mutters mad nonsense about the world ending.
All you have to do to make this stupid speech sound much more epic is just add a bit of reverb into the file.
And then all you have to do is just write up a speech that would make no sense to the point that it makes everyone cringe.
The most popular version of this technique is where people write a speech about how aliens are experimenting on humans to transform them into abominations.
This nonsensical imagination that these psychopaths have just goes to show you how we have lost all faith in humanity, as every tech death band has this stupid narrative all the time.
